Exploring the Relationship of People and Nature through Daoist and Buddhist Teachings

A workshop at The Evergreen State College will explore the relationship between people and nature through Daoist and Buddhist teachings. This free event will be held Saturday, May 20 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Seminar 2, Room B 1105.

Presenters will include Matthew Sweigart, Shiatsu master and author; and Michael Singer, artist and designer.

This event is organized by the “China and Japan: Traditional and Contemporary ‘Silk Roads'” academic program at Evergreen. Funding provided by the Noosphere Award, a grant encouraging the exploration and advancement of planetary consciousness.
